HOW TO BOOK
Fill out the form on the right with a brief description and date of the event what services you are interested in reserving.
We will send over a quote.
Once Date is confirmed, we will send you a formal agreement to sign.
You will receive an invoice with instructions for 50% down payment. Without this we can not secure your date.
We will send you a booking confirmation once down payment is received.
Final payment of balance to be paid two days before of event.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior of event date to receive full refund of down payment.
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior of even will be able to save the 50% deposit for a later rescheduled date. Must reschedule within a year of original reservation.
We reserve the right to cancel your reservation in case of severe weather conditions, such as rain or high winds. Customer will receive a full refund of deposit.

DELIVERY
We currently service cities within a 25 mile radius of our warehouse.
1-5 miles - $20
6-10 miles - $30
11-15 miles - $40
16-20 miles - $50
21-25 miles - $60
A few other factors that may change the total of your delivery fee.
Is the party outdoors/indoors and easily accessible?
Will there be reserved parking for vendors?
Will there be hills, stairs or elevators to reach set up location?
Is there a power source for bounce house equipment?
